Renewal despite existing hold request
Symptom
- An item is renewed by a user despite there is a hold request for it.

Resolution
Check if the hold has a date range set. If the renewal took place before the start date of the hold, it will be allowed.
The start and end date of the hold request are not taken into account at this point.
Other reasons for this behaviour are possible, too.
