I have an item whose shelving location in WorldShare Circulation and Item Inventory Report don't match.

  • One or more of your item's shelving location(s) in WorldShare Circulation does not match its shelving location in the Item Inventory Report.
Applies to
  • WorldShare Circulation
  1. Check whether you may have removed the shelving location after the report was generated.
  2. Make a small change to the item in Circulation and save it (and then change it back if needed). The next report should no longer have the incorrect location.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with the date that the report was generated.
