Resolution
If you are experiencing difficulty in installing a POS printer, the following steps may help resolve your issue:
- Go through the OCLC POS Printer set up documentation.
- If you experience an error message in the above process, after step 2 (downloading the JavaPOS ADK file) it may be that your virus protection is prohibiting the installation. Disable your virus protection.
- If disabling virus protection does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support.
