How do I resolve SAML unable to locate SSO Location for XXXXXX with Shibboleth IDP13 entity not found: XXXXX errors with EZproxy

Symptom

Unable to login with SAML and  EZproxy

Resolution

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

1. Check the messages.txt file for error messages 
2.  When SAML unable to locate SSO Location for XXXXXX with Shibboleth IDP13 entity not found: XXXXX  errors show, update SAML entry in the user.txt to IDP20 from IDP13
