How do I resolve issues with Cloudflare on websites with EZproxy
Symptom
- The connection gets stopped at a verification page when trying to access a website.
- Cloudflare RayID is showing on the page where the connection is stopped
Resolution
- Contact the website owner / resource provider
- Provide them with the RayID, EZproxy IP address, and the EZproxy server name
- Ask them to allow access to their site for your EZproxy server
