Why is my library missing a report in OCLC Usage Statistics?

Reports can take up to the 11th day of the month to generate. If your institution does not have data for a report in a given month, the report will not appear. If you believe that you should have data for a specific month and the report is still not appearing, please contact OCLC Support and let them know which report you were expecting.
To view previous months of the missing report, change the Period in the Usage Statistics site to an earlier month and click on the Update button. Once the report appears, you can click into it and change the period again to run it for your desired period of time. It will include empty data in the months where no requests were received.
