Why is my Database Master Report missing databases that I know are selected?
Symptom
- Databases that our institution uses are not listed on the Database Master Report.

Resolution
If your patrons have not accessed certain databases, there will be no data for the report to display. If you don't see the name of the database, that means the database has been accessed zero times.
