I uploaded a patron file, but our patron records have not changed, what happened?

Answer

Please verify that you uploaded the file to the correct SFTP folder.  The correct folder is: /wms/in/patron

 

Additional information

If you have recently tested a patron file, you were told to use /wms/test/in/patron.  You may have mistaken this folder as the correct one to upload the file into.  However, once a file has passed the test stage, we no longer use that folder location.
