I've used WebJunction before but don't know my username or can't recover it
Symptom
- You don't know your WebJunction username

Resolution
First, go to the WebJunction login page at https://learn.webjunction.org/login/index.php and click Lost password?. Enter your email address. If you entered a valid email address, you should receive an email that contains your username and instructions to confirm and complete a password change.
If you do not receive an email it may mean:
- you did not enter the username or email address used to create the account, or
- you have not used your account for more than two years and it was deleted, or
- you previously registered for a webinar, but didn't register to create an account for the catalog, or
- an email was sent, but was intercepted by a spam filter
If your account has expired and been deleted, you will need to create a new account to use the WebJunction Course Catalog. You may reuse the same username and email address.
