About making online OCLC invoice payments

Find out how to make online OCLC invoice payments in the OCLC Billing Center.

OCLC has partnered with YayPay to provide the OCLC Billing Center, giving our customer billing contacts the ability to access account information, make credit card or ACH payments (US only), and review/print invoice and credit memo PDFs online.

You can access the portal via a secure link. This link will be included in emails from OCLC Accounts Receivable for invoices, credit memos, statements, and overdue notices.

You can make payments for one or more OCLC invoices from the YayPay OCLC customer statement page. The OCLC Billing Center link appears within an email containing an OCLC invoice. YayPay aggregates the invoice amounts from each invoice selected to show the amount to be paid, followed by selecting the mode of payment: credit card or ACH (US only).

Note:  If you pay by credit card, OCLC will impose a surcharge of 3% except where prohibited. The percentage is subject to change without notice and will not be greater than OCLC’s cost of acceptance.

For our customers’ security, initial access to the OCLC Billing Center link will require verification of the contact’s email address.

Note:  If the OCLC Billing Center link is forwarded to an email address not listed as a contact in the OCLC Billing Center, the link will not be accessible. To add a contact, please contact OCLC Accounts Receivable at acctsrec@oclc.org.

After the initial verification, you may add the OCLC Billing Center link to favorites or access it from the original email or one of the other transaction emails you may have received. The link expires after 364 days; and then a new verification code will be required.

Within the OCLC Billing Center you can:

Note: When available, you can select the Back button. Once selected, it will cancel the payment and return to the statement page.
