Use the OCLC Billing Center

Discover how to view your account information, download PDFs for open credit memos and open and closed invoices, email the OCLC Accounts Receivable staff, and make payments using the OCLC Billing Center.

Once you access the link to the OCLC Billing Center, you’ll be taken to the OCLC Statement page.

 Note: OCLC communicates the link to the OCLC Billing Center in emails for invoices, credit memos, statements, and overdue notices. 

The OCLC Billing Center provides the ability to:

View

Download

  • Open and closed invoice PDFs
  • Open credit memo PDFs

Click the invoice or credit memo number highlighted in blue.

Click Download Invoice (or Credit Memo).

Click Download Statement PDF.

Communicate

Use the Send Email to send an email to OCLC Accounts Receivable staff.

  • Ask a question about account 
  • Request a billing contact name change
  • Request a billing address name change
  • Request Billing Center access for a new billing contact

Complete the requested information and click SEND.

Payments

  • Make a payment for one or multiple invoices by credit card or ACH (US only)
    • Full or partial payments for invoices
  • View and apply any open credits during the payment process

 Note: The OCLC Billing center doesn’t provide access to other OCLC subscription/service log-ins. It also doesn’t provide the ability for a customer to update an address/billing contact online, see renewal notifications, or offset an invoice in full using an on-account credit.
