Why does our app not work when we are on the library's network?

If you are receiving an SSL error when trying to access certain parts of the app while on your library’s wifi network, you will need to contact your IT administrator. Provide them with the error message that you are receiving in the app and let them know that the wifi network is blocking users from accessing certain app features.
