What information and when does Capira need to know if my library is changing our ILS?

Resolution

We ask for as much notice as possible for ILS changes, with 90 days at the minimum.

We will need the following information:

  1. At least 1 test account (barcode+pin), which has 10 checkouts of any kind that can be renewed, 10 holds of any kind, at least 2-3 fine charges totaling no more than $1, and ensure the account is in good standing.
  2. A list of search filters and codes (e.g., "Books" => "BKS")
  3. Server connection information: Hostname, Port
  4. SIP port or API key
  5. The exact date and time of the switch over
