I am getting a "User ID is invalid" error message when trying to change my WorldShare password
Symptom
- You are trying to change your password and WorldShare is not recognizing your username. The error "User ID is invalid" displays.

Resolution
Have someone else with access to the WorldShare Admin tab look up your account by searching for your email address, and look for the User Name under the Identity Management section of your Basic User Data. That is the username you will want to use. If you are unable to locate your account in the Admin tab, please contact OCLC Support for assistance.
