Applies to ILLiad Resolution The OCLC Supplier Status and Closures are handled in the OCLC Policies Directory, but Rapid does not access that information. Process the request as if it is a new request in Borrowing and select the OCLC tab to look for the holdings. The reason you are not seeing the holdings, is you need to change the System ID from Rapid to OCLC.

For example, if the ILLiadFields for "verified" are "<TN...Requests that come into ILLiad will only match if they contain the information needed in the "verified" fieldname of the WorkFormMapping table. For example, if the ILLiadFields for "verified" are "<TN:<#TransactionNumber>><#Odyssey>", then each request would need to have the transaction number and Odyssey IP. Often, RapidX files will arrive in ILLiad with one of those fields missing or incomplete, resulting in No ILL Number Match.
