Why are we getting a "Try again. Errors occurred submitting form." error when trying to submit an ILL request?
Symptom
- "Try again. Errors occurred submitting form."
- "Request cannot be submitted. Try again later"
- "Request could not be created. If you continue to have issues submitting the form, contact the library."
- "A system Error occured"
- "Oops. Something went wrong"

Resolution
If you are not proxying the OpenURL, then one or more fields have been marked as required in the Patron Request Form. You will need to fill these fields in order for the request to be made.
For WorldShare ILL only libraries, if you are using EZproxy then you will need to make sure your configuration file has the WorldShare ILL Form stanza added. Make sure the stanza is placed before the WorldCat Discovery stanza and any other stanzas that reference "worldcat.org".
For full WMS libraries, the following NeverProxy lines should be added to their config:
