Why are we getting a "Try again. Errors occurred submitting form." error when using the WorldShare ILL OpenURL?

Symptom

• Try again. Errors occurred submitting form.
• You also might see the error message "Request cannot be submitted. Try again later"

Resolution

If you are not proxying the OpenURL, then one or more fields have been marked as required in the Patron Request Form. You will need to fill these fields in order for the request to be made.

If you are using EZproxy to proxy the request form, then you will need to follow this for your EZproxy setup:

If you had a stanza for ILLForm, you should delete that as well.

If you are using another proxy or do not know your library's OCLC REGID, please contact OCLC Support with replication steps and a full-page screenshot of the error.
