Applies to
- WorldShare Interlibrary Loan
- Tipasa
- OCLC Usage Statistics
Resolution
The Transaction Reports analyze each individual transaction, including every Lender that the request is sent to throughout the process. This is why the numbers differ; the Activity Report offers a broader overview or requests, while the Transaction Reports provide more specific details.
- The Borrower Activity Overview Report, you can have requests that showed up in this month as unfilled that show up as filled in future months.
- The Borrower Transaction-Detail Level Report, one request can be handled multiple times. The number of requests is higher than the number represented in the Borrower Activity Report.
