Article Exchange Error: "Failed to load PDF document"

Symptom

  • Article Exchange displays the error message "Failed to load PDF document" when attempting to send a PDF file to a borrower.

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support with the ILL request ID and attach the PDF you attempted to send with Article Exchange.
