Not all the items on the WorldShare ILL Purchase Request Report have a Date Received filled in.

Answer
For purchase requests when the user “receives” the request it is automatically set to a “closed” status. Since it is a purchase request once received there is no other action that can take place, hence closing/completing the request. So for purchase requests the closed date = received date.
