I accidentally sent an Article Exchange email to the wrong patron. How can I get it to the correct patron?

  • You sent an Article Exchange email to the wrong patron. The email was valid, so the email was still successfully sent.

Resolution

Even if you have marked the request as Received, you can still email the article so long as the maximum number of views has not been reached, and the access window has not expired. You can follow the steps below to email the article to the correct patron:

  1. Search your Closed Requests for the Request ID
  2. Open the desired request
  3. Click the Email doc to patron button
  4. Enter the correct patron email
  5. Send the request
