ILL Error: "An error occurred processing the request. Unauthorized exception"

Symptom

  • You are a lender trying to mark an ILL request as complete, but when you click the Check-in/Complete button, you get an error in red saying:
    "An error occurred processing the request
    Unauthorized exception"

  • WorldShare Interlibrary Loan

Resolution

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, close your browser, reopen, and try to mark the request complete again. If it still does not work, contact OCLC Support with the request ID, a screenshot of the error, and a list of steps taken that resulted in the error.
