If we submit a request with a 0.00 fee and select “Use ILL Fee Management (IFM) for payment,” will this request still be charged the IFM transaction fee?

The IFM transaction fee is only applied if there is a dollar amount specified. Even if you tick the “Use ILL Fee Management (IFM) for payment" box, you will not be charged the IFM transaction fee if the fee on the request is set to 0.00.
