Does OCLC provide data on the number of libraries that charge their patrons for ILL?

Charges to patrons are individual library policies between a library's internal operations and patrons. As such, we don't record them at OCLC. If you need this kind of information you might want to ask libraries directly on the ILL-L listserv or WSILL Community Center discussion boards.
