As a lender, can I put an open access link into the Article Exchange field?

Answer

You cannot manually type a URL into the Article Exchange field. Workaround options are below:

  • Email the open access link to the borrowing library. The borrowing library can then mark the request as received, clearing it out of their queue. 
  • ​If you are able to save the open access article to your computer, you can upload that file through article exchange as normal.
