Borrower Work Queue
Learn how to view which of your requests as a borrower may require action to progress using the Borrower Work Queue in UnityUK.
Requests you have sent to UnityUK lending libraries will have their status updated automatically as the lender takes Actions to update the request on their side.
The Borrower Work Queue shows which of your requests as a borrower may require action to progress.
You may also need to manually update the status of some requests, about which you have received emails from non UnityUK lenders, who have not clicked the links in the UnityUK email to update the request.
