- In the Requested area of the User Portal, no button appears to create a request.
Try changing your Search and Fulfillment Button color in OCLC Service Configuration.
- Sign in to OCLC Service Configuration.
- Navigate to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > User Interface Options > Branding & Customization.
- Change the "Search and fulfillment buttons" color.
