Are weekends included in ILL days to respond, request aging, or due dates?

OCLC counts standard working days (Monday-Friday) as system days/working days. OCLC does not count Saturdays and Sundays as system days/working days for Interlibrary Loan request aging or days to respond.
However, weekends are included when calculating due dates. The adjustment applied is calendar days, not working days.
