Why is a request still Locked in the web portal by a staff account?
Symptom
- A request has not moved to the next stage in processing and displays a message that it is "currently being processed by [a staff account] and is unavailable"

Resolution
It is possible for a staff member to exit the Relais ILL web portal without unlocking the last request they were working on. Any time a staff member is actively working on a request and closes the browser window without first exiting the request details page or signing out of Relais ILL can result in the request appearing to remain locked by the staff account.
Any request still locked by a staff account can be unlocked by another staff member who opens the request details page and clicks on Unlock Request. Otherwise, any locked request will be unlocked automatically by a nightly application that runs on Relais ILL.
