Why does my Relais pick slip show incorrect information when our lender address is correct in Library Registration?

Answer

The pick slip pulls information from the request itself, not from the library's Registration information.

To fix an address:

  1. Open the request.
  2. Click Edit Request.
  3. In the Delivery Information section, click the Mailing Address button. 
  4. Edit the information and click OK.
  5. Close the Edit Request window.
  6. Click View Request. It should now have the correct information.
