Why does Relais say "HTML tags" are not allowed when I'm trying to enter notes?

The notes field in Relais may say, "HTML Tags are not allowed in the input text," and this is for security. We do not allow the possibility of malicious HTML code loading on the portal, so it is restricted. If you're unsure why you're getting error, keep an eye out for < >'s or --'s in the text, as these will be read as HTML.
