Why are the LendingReasonsForCancellation records I created showing as "unspecified" when I try to use them?

  • The LendingReasonsForCancellation records I created showing as "unspecified"

Resolution

Make sure the record has a corresponding DoclineCode, or reasons created will show as unspecified when attempting to apply them to requests. For example, it is possible to change the reason to have a DoclineCode "other" and save the changes. The new reason for cancellation will apply correctly afterward.
