When opening up the ILLiad request Workform in Borrowing, it is showing up blank
Symptom
- When you open up a Borrowing Request Workform, it is showing up blank
Applies to

Resolution
To fix this issue, you will need to look at the Patron Record:
- Make sure the Location field is not blank.
- Make the appropriate change and save it.
Now you should be able to go back to the Transaction and the Workform should fill in.
