When I go to my Email Notification drop-down in ILLiad and click on it, nothing is happening

Symptom
  • You click on the Email Notification drop-down and the list of options are not showing any items if you are in Borrowing, Lending, or Doc Del

Resolution

When using the Email Notification drop-down from within the ILLiad Client, you are using the EmailRouting table for the items that will appear.  Even though we call the Process Types Borrowing, Lending, and Document Delivery, the process type for Document Delivery is "Doc Del."    Here are the steps you need to fix this issue.  

  1. If you have a process type that shows as Document Delivery, you need to change it to Doc Del and save the change.
  2. After the change is made, you need to open up the ILLiad Client again, and your Email Notification drop-down will work again.
