What do I do when an ILLiad lender no longer wants to receive requests via Odyssey?

Answer

Deleting the Odyssey address from the Lender Address Form solves this issue:

  1. From the Home tab, use the Search Addresses ribbon to find the institution that no longer wishes to receive articles through Odyssey. 
  2. Open the Lender Address record for that institution.
  3. In the General Information section, delete the Odyssey Address.
  4. Click 💾Save at the top and close the record.
