My Custom Holdings Loan Path is not showing all institution members

Symptom

  • In the Custom Holdings Path, institutions in multiple Groups are only showing up in one Group 

Applies to

  • ILLiad

Resolution

At times Custom Holdings Paths can get out of synch, especially if recent changes were made to them. The resolution is to delete the Custom Holdings Path in question, wait for ten minutes and then recreate it. This will result in all institutions appearing in the desired Group regardless of their inclusion in other Groups.
