- You sent out a request to Rapid and it did not get results, so you sent the item out through OCLC. Now, you are trying to march the item as received, but it is not updating OCLC.
When you moved the item from RAPID to OCLC, you need to update the System ID and the ILL number field to update OCLC. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Open up the Request, and update the System ID field to OCLC.
- Change the ILL number to the OCLC ID number, then save the change.
- Go to the OCLC Request on the top of the page and now you can click on Manual Receive icon. This will update OCLC with the Receive message.
