In ILLiad, I am trying to Renew a Borrowing request and nothing is happening

Symptom

• You are trying to renew items in Borrowing and clicking on the Renew button, but nothing seems to happen

• ILLiad 

Resolution

If you are not seeing anything happening when you click on the Renew button, you should check the following: 

1. You need to make sure that you have set up your Configuring Borrowing Renewals correctly.
2. Make sure your RenewalWindowDays and the RenewalBeforeWindowDays are not the same number.  This will prevent anything from being renewed.
