In ILLiad Docline, can I bill through IFM or Invoice or do I need to use EFTS?

It is best through EFTS because IFM has to be done through OCLC and you would have to create a dummy request in ILLiad and if you use an Invoice, you would need to make sure that the site does not use EFTS.
