I am getting an error message on my TestWeb site: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable
Symptom
- You have a TestWeb site that is getting an error message when you try to sign in
Applies to
- ILLiad
Resolution
Self-hosted sites will need to perform the following steps on the server, hosted sites OCLC Support can complete them for you.
Make sure the TestWeb site is setup to run on the server by following these steps:
- In the TestWeb folder make sure there is a Webpath.txt file that points to that directory. You can find information in Implementing the ILLiad v9.1 Web Pages Guide (v9.1) page under the Step One: Download the New Pages and Upload to Testweb section.
- Make sure the ILLiad.dll is set up under the ISAPI and CGI Restrictions in Internet Information Services (IIS). Information is on the Internet Information Services page under the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager Configurations section. The ILLiad.dll file will also need to be in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\illiad\testweb folder. If it is not, go back to the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\illiad folder and copy and paste it into the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\illiad\testweb folder.
- Restart IIS.
- You should now be able to sign in using the TestWeb page.
Additional Information:
If these things do not work make sure the Illiad.dll is also in the TestWeb folder. You will also need to restart IIS.
