I am getting a error when clicking on the Lending Overdues

Symptom
  • When you click on the Lending Overdues, you are seeing an error message.  When you look at your log it shows "Adding a value to a 'datetime' column caused an overflow."

Resolution

Here are the steps for fixing the Lending Overdue issue:

  1. The error message means there is a Due Date that is not normal.  Go to your "Item Shipped" queue in Lending.
  2. Sort the list by the DueDate.  
  3. You will find a Due Date that is either Blank or a wrong value like 1/1/1753.  You need to update the Due Date for that record.

Restart the ILLiad Client.  Now, you should see the Lending Overdues working correctly.
