I am getting a "(404) not Found" error when I try to upgrade my client

Download the latest version of the ILLiad Client Installer from the ILLiad Downloads and right-click on the file and "Run as Administrator."  You will need to install the client.  If you need the credentials to download the file, please contact OCLC Support.
