How do I stop the Borrowing Pickup Reminder Server Addon from sending out notices?

  • Borrowing Pickup reminder notices are being sent out and they need to stop going out for right now

Resolution

To disable the Server Addon, you need to take these steps:

  1. Go to the Customization Manager Server Addons.
  2. Open up the Addon you want to disable.
  3. Change the Active to No and save the change.
  4. Contact your Web Server Administrator to restart the ILLiad System Manager service.
  5. If you are hosted by OCLC, contact OCLC Support and ask Support to restart the ILLiad System Manager service.
  6. After the ILLiad System Manager service is restarted, then the Reminder notices will stop going out.
