How can I unlock an ILLiad patron's account if they get a login limit message?
Symptom
- Patrons get error messages about a Web Login Limit, and that the account is locked
Applies to
- ILLiad
Resolution
This can be fixed by opening the patron's account in the ILLiad Client and clicking the 🔓Web Login Locked button.
