Determine if an ILLiad request is in our WorldCat Knowledge Base collection

You want to know if a request is part of a WorldShare knowledge base for your institution.

Resolution

Relevant WorldShare knowledge base collections are visible within requests. In the Details tab, there is another tab called Collections. It should show the Collection Name as well as other information. If you do not see anything in that table, but need that information to be available, check the following:

  1. Be sure the OCLCWebServiceV2APIKey key in the Customization Manager is present and correct. (Tip: type the key in the search bar)
  2. Check the OCLCWebServiceV2APISecret key as well. 
  3. Double-check to make sure the requested document is held in a collection in WorldCat Collection Manager.
