After upgrading to 9.2, Docline is not working correctly

  • Docline features are not working as expected after upgrading to 9.2

Here are the steps for fixing the issue:

  1. Download the latest Docline Scripts from the ILLiad Downloads.
  2. Extract the files from the file you downloaded and overwrite the files in the C:\ProgramData\ILLiad\Docline\ folder overwriting any files currently in the folder.  It is a hidden folder, so in the File Explorer, you need to go to View and make sure the box is checked for Hidden items.
  3. Open up the ILLiad Client and make sure Docline is working.
