Why am I seeing the wrong Local holding code come up in the 049 tag in Record Manager?

  • The 049 tag comes up with an incorrect library holding code in Record Manager.

  • WorldShare Record Manager 
Resolution

The Record Manager 049 tag is set automatically based on a User Preferences setting. Here's how to change it:

  1. Click the User Preferences button on the left.
  2. Click the Working with Records accordion tab. 
  3. Change the Default Holding Library Code (049)  to the correct one.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Close out of WMS and relogin to see the changes.
