Incorrect record display in WorldShare Record Manager

Please clear the browser cache and cookies, close the browser or the computer, re-open, and log in.

If this does not fix the issue, please check for Browser Extension Add-ons. For example, the adBlocker uBlock Origin does not work well with WorldShare in Chrome. Disabling the extension should fix the issue.
