INTERNAL: Use this as a source page for re-used content on other Material providers for cataloging partner collections pages. Page needs to remain Semi-Private.

All pages reuse the entire Create a cataloging partner collection section. Except for the following:

Wiley is configured differently than the other Material provider pages. Check this page when updates are made to the source material.
- Wiley is both an OCLC cataloged collections page and a Material provider for cataloging partner collections. The source page is under Material providers for cataloging partner collections for both Wiley pages.

Create a cataloging partner collection

Create a Collection Manager account

If you need access to Collection Manager (the Metadata tab in the WorldShare interface), follow the steps to Create a Collection Manager account.

Coordinate with your provider

After you order items from your provider, at your request your provider will send OCLC an electronic invoice with your order information to OCLC. Please note:

The account number and collection ID you enter in Collection Manager must match what your provider sends to OCLC on your behalf.

Providers differ in the data elements they send to OCLC.
