Why can't I download records that are in Downloads?

Symptom

An error pops up: "This file could not be downloaded at this time. Try again later or contact support."

WorldShare Collection Manager

Resolution

Check whether the file names (including file extensions) match exactly in your SFTP server. If the files in SFTP are zipped, there may be a delay to zip them in Collection Manager. To get the files, you can download them directly from SFTP.

If the file names match exactly, or if the files aren't in SFTP, contact OCLC Support
