Links from providers and collections are not appearing in the order I want.

Symptom

• Links from providers or collections are not appearing in the order I set them in the Display Order I set.

Applies to

• WorldShare Collection Manager
• WorldCat Discovery

Resolution

1. Check the order you have listed in the Prioritized Providers and Collections starting from the first position.
2. Since the Collection filter is more specific than the Provider filter, the best practice is to list Collections above Providers on the list.
3. Any Providers you have listed will select links from ALL Collections you have selected from that Provider.
4. If you want to highlight specific Collections from a Provider then list those Collections first before you list that same Provider.
